What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Financial Outcomes

  • Track Scheme spend% against Budgets and Propose/Deploy Changes accordingly.
  • DB performance tracking, town-level growth / degrowth for both value and MUOB.
  • Month tracking and drive for Pharma Channel MUOB.
  • ASM / TSE / DSR incentive: design and deploy incentives for the Pharma Channel.
  • Track incentive earning on a monthly basis for all DSRs.
  • Performance tracking of all Program / Visibility Outlets — % spend against budgets and target achievement for the Program / Visibility Outlets.
  • Forecasting at DB level / ASM / TSE / DSR level.

Customer Service

  • Custodian of all shopper and channel aspects for the Pharma Channel.
  • Co-ordinate with ASM and TSE team to ensure quick communication and action.
  • Prepare monthly cascade decks and conduct sessions for the ASM and TSE team for cascading the month plan / key initiatives / incentive earnings / key action items.
  • Regular market working to check market hygiene, scheme communication, visibility deployment, NPD placement drives.
  • Share insights post market working with Sales Head / Brand / Category Teams.

 

Internal Processes

  • Scheme Register — planning and deploying all schemes for the Pharma Channel at SKU level.
  • Co-ordination with Demand Planning and Supply Planning to ensure stock availability at CFA location(s).
  • Track all expiry return from Pharma DB to CFA / follow up with Quality, CFA Teams / Secondary Logistics to ensure flawless execution.
  • Prepare monthly review decks for Pharma Channel.
  • Program Outlets / Visibility Outlets: execute all visibility elements for the visibility programs for Pharma Channel outlets.

 

Innovation and Learning

  • NPD for Pharma Channel: prepare all NPD plans and track closely with the team for achievement of NPD MUOB and value.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • MBA/ Graduation
  • 5–6 years in Channel Sales, preferably GT / Pharma

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ?

  • Stakeholder Management, agility and quick Turnaround time on Data/Analysis Requests.
  • Strong on Follow up, ability to collaborate and work with Cross Functional Teams.
  • Strong Understanding of Trade-Retail /WS
