Job Description

 

 

  • Ensuring the safety of people & factory
  • Responsible for overall shift activities.
  • Responsible for producing Freeze dried coffee as per the advice given by M (P)/AM (P).
  • Responsible for producing 5.75 MT/day of FDC.
  • Responsible for achieving Target Production & Target Yield
  • Prepare production plan as per requirement & execution
  • Managing of operators and labors working in their shift.
  • Maintain necessary documentation & records
  • Ensure factory sanitation and hygiene
  • Monitor the critical control points
  • Responsible for daily SAP Production entries
  • Co-ordinate with ISO audit
  • Co-ordinate & execute all Trial production & document the same.
  • Responsible for HIRA & LOTO form revision & updating the same.
