What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Internal Process

• Disciplinary Management: Keep track & publish monthly reports on the status of the disciplinary cases, ongoing Labour-related litigation matters, and the number of grievances raised v/s closed monthly for Tata Smart Food unit.
• Statutory & Compliance: Adhere to statutory compliance for all applicable 3P employees and factory
• Audits & Inspection: Responsible for Govt. related audits-ESIC, PF and internal audits- Deloitte, FSSAI, US-FDA, Actuarial Valuation
• Payroll Management: Responsible for timely inputs and payroll processing; F&F; Benefits management

Innovation and Learning

• Design experiential learning modules specific to multiskilling of JMS & workmen for Smart Food unit
• Partner with Corp team to roll out career progression plan, engagement activities
• parting training to educate the shop floor employees on SA8000, GMP/Food Safety/FSSC 22000 requirements/ FSSAI requirements.
• Actively contribute and organize CSR & employee engagement.
• Take part in the process improvement & cost optimization projects as per the guidelines.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

• Post Graduate Degree in Law/ Social work/ Human Resource Management.
• Prior 5+ years of experience in Corporate/Factory Employee Relations Function
• Experience in handling senior stakeholders
•  FMCG/ Manufacturing industry Experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws; dealing with Labour authorities/courts in case of employee litigation

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

• Understanding & Experience of handling end to end people processes for a factory
