What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?
 Bachelor’s degree in Any Engineering stream, commerce, or a related field
 2-5 years of relevant work experience
 Proficiency in Procurement of all types of Raw materials/Packing materials across Food/Pharma/Beverages Category
 Familiar in ERP especially SAP Hana for all Sourcing related activities including Inventory Management.
 Solid working knowledge and experience in working MS Excel for Sharing Daily MIS, Provision, Scheduling of materials with Inventory reduction.
 Adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that procurement activities are transparent and fair.
What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ?
 Understanding of Procurement planning and arrange the material without affecting production continuity
 Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, balancing cost, quality, and service levels.
 Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
 Familiarity with the consumer goods industry and an understanding of its challenges and opportunities
 Developing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains, high-quality products, and services, and to foster collaboration and innovation.
 Understanding market trends, supplier landscapes, and commodity price movements to make informed procurement decisions
 Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them, including diversification of suppliers and contingency planning.
