Job Description

 

 

  • Post Graduate Degree in Social work/ Human Resource Management.
  • Prior 5+ years of experience in Corporate/Factory Employee Relations Function
  • Experience in handling senior stakeholders
  •  FMCG/ Manufacturing industry Experience
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour codes, labour laws; dealing with Labour authorities/courts in case of employee litigation
  • To verify that all statutory benefits of contract labour monthly and ensure the entire contract workers wages distribution on time.
  • Ensure the sufficient shift contract manpower and facilitation as per the process requirement with follow up of contractor.
  • Contract labour packing productivity report preparation for effectiveness.
  • Monthly ESI & PF challans, ECR verification and ensure the on-time payments through portal information.
  • Employee Overtime daily tracking and escalation to all process owners and security moments observation
  • Guests/employees/auditors facilitation like travel, vehicle and accommodation arrangements
  • Look after shift wise contract workers record updation through contract supervisors.   
  • To verify that all direct employees & contract workmen in the shifts comply with the company’s Health and Safety, Food safety, SA-8000 policies & procedures.
  • Ensure timely payment of statutory and administration bills i.e., electricity, Tele and water etc once in a month for Toopran & Tarband
  • To take full responsibility on Time office functions like monitoring of all employees attendance software, leave management, preparation of daily overtime statements of Staff/Permanent workers , monitoring of employee movements through movement register. Permanent employees salary/wages input files accurate preparation and contract workers wage register verification 
  • Employee welfare
  • Canteen token management, Canteen compliances food monitoring and hygiene maintenance
  • Time to time administration facilities 
  • Maintain housekeeping standards & following GMP’s to ensure a clean and safe workplace at factory premises
  • Safety, works, canteen, sports etc.. committees facilitation and organize monthly birthday party and town hall meeting arrangements
  • Administration bills like, cab, canteen, manpower deployment, security bills etc. collection & verification on time.
  • Training records, effectiveness  updation and monthly HR Bulletin, HSE report preparation.
  • Any other assignments related to HR & admin to be taken care time to time
